*For customers in Hong Kong, Please make sure you will be home to recieve the products from us, you will need to sign for recieving the package. or you can requst for your nearest SF express service center for pick up!

For customers in Hong Kong: 

There are two methods for sending milk to us:

1. Drop by at our workshop in Kwun Tong, by appointment only.

Fee: Free of charge

Lead time for us to receive milk: 0 day

Address: Room 1007A, Wah Shing Centre, 11-13 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon.   

 2. Our courier will directly pick up the milk from your home with insulated bag. 

Fee: HKD $100

The lead time for us to receive milk: 1 day

For customers in UK:

Ship the packed breastmilk by mail, below are the steps:

1. We will send a kit for you to fill up with your milk by post. 

2. Follow the instruction in the kit for how to fill up your milk in the sample pot.

3. Send us back the milk using our prepaid first-class return envelope. However, if you're concerned about potential mail loss, we recommend upgrading to Tracked or Special Delivery.

The lead time for us to receive milk: within 7 days

We will contact you via email to confirm when we have received your breastmilk.
